Starhaven is rooted in a remarkable place.

Our old stone cellars sit on a ridge, surrounded by undulating rows of vines and watched over by majestic black oak trees. Each night, the vineyard is blanketed by a vast canopy of stars—an enduring source of inspiration and quiet focus for our winemakers.

 

By day, our region is warm and sun-drenched. As evening falls, cooling gully breezes move through the vineyard, allowing the grapes to fully ripen while retaining their natural balance. We harvest at night—when the air is still, the vineyard is cool, and the fruit is at its most expressive. This approach preserves purity, freshness, and structure, without interference and without rush.

 

Each wine is offered exclusively in a premium 3L format—lightweight, lower in waste, and designed to stay fresh for more than 30 days after opening. We chose this format for function and accessibility, so you can enjoy good wine with less effort.
